THE INCREDIBLE STUPIDITY OF THE NATIONALIST PARTY CLIQUE – once more they embark on a dark and dange
If I have an ugly face – or as we used to say in my London school days, have a face ‘like the back of a bus’ – pock-marked with warts and big ears to boot, I do not go out picking and outing other people’s features because at one point, somewhere, somehow, at some time is going to turn on me and ask “how long since you looked into a mirror mate?”
Yet, once more, this incredibly and unbelievably stupid Nationalist Party clique has embarked on the same road again – oblivious that this road has already resulted in two colossal electoral defeats and is paving the way for a further successive third.
In this they are being aided and abetted by “The Times of Malta”, a newspaper that has en masse lost total credibility under the editorship of a stupidly biased editor (whoever he is) and presumably backed by an Allied Newspaper Board that is willing to see its reputation sink by the minute.
The latest piece of crass idiocy is the launching of this stale ‘Daphne Project’ nonsense that is picking rubbish out of a dustbin and airing it once more, the basis of which is much speculation, hearsay and conjecture, yet without any tangible proof – the only alternative being that because Daphne Caruana Galizia said it and we are also saying it, then you have to believe it to be true.
I interpret this “Project” to be another means of deviating while exploiting the death of Daphne Caruana Galizia – deviating b failing to answer the questions I asked in my Blog yesterday and exploiting because they believe they are winning over the public and accumulating points.
This is a dark and dangerous road and will have its comebacks on the PN itself with former PN Deputy Leader Mario DeMarco being one of the first victims when it was announced in Parliament that he had handled the case of one of the accused Degiorgio brothers in a Civil Court case over a block of apartments at St Paul’s Bay.
And who was the case against but a man now deceased, and how did he die – he was blown to pieces in a car bomb.
So now, do I go about touting that Mario DeMarco knows all about car bombs because he “knows” a man who is currently undergoing criminal compilation for …placing a car bomb and committing first degree murder?
The DeMarco family is rich in lawyers. The late Guido DeMarco defended the notorious criminal Gianni Lepre’ on a murder charge and Mario’s sister Gianella is an extremely well-known and renowned criminal lawyer who has defended legions of criminals.
Therefore, can one say by association that the DeMarco family is into all sorts of crimes? No, of course not.
Take another renowned and well-known criminal lawyer, Dr Franco Debono – is he also involved in this crime ring, as well as virtually almost all of Malta’s lawyers because they “associate” with criminals?
Right, so Dr Chris Cardona is also a lawyer and to boot a Minister and the latest “scandal” is that he was in a Siggiewi bar and seen “talking” to one of the men being accused of DCG’s murder and so, according to this farcical ‘Daphne Project’, Dr Cardona must also be implicated in the murder!
I find it extremely difficult to describe this incredible piece of stupidity because it is beyond all comprehension. In a bar in Malta, one is liable to meet any Tom, Dick or Harry and chat with them.
I often had long chats with Gianni Lepre’ when he was still alive in various Hamrun bars. During my time at ST there was an Operator I dismissed who was later convicted of the attempted murder of a taxi driver. There were others among the ST workforce who committed criminal acts.
By the same implication I was therefore also involved in all these crimes.
Current PN Leader was a President of a football club. Now football in Malta has ALWAYS been heavily linked to bribery and corruption. However, I was also Secretary and Treasurer of a football club – therefore in the same arena.
Right, so now Adrian Delia and I are also involved in bribery and corruption!
At this rate I should have been locked up at Kordin long ago and the key thrown away…
I finish today as I started, the sheer and crass stupidity of this Nationalist Party clique is unbelievable, a dangerous and dark path which will undoubtedly have many consequences and fingers being pointed here and there.
They made their bed and now they will have to lie in it because, as Jesus Christ rightly said, “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. These PN idiots do not even know their Bible.
